In partnership with a small but respected Talent/HR Consultancy which delivers a range of talent (employment life cycle) solutions both in the UK and internationally; Astralis have been retained to identify a Director of Operations to partner the CEO in managing all aspects of the business?s operational / commercial capacity to achieve profitable growth via the execution of competitive and differentiated employment life cycle solutions.

A long-established but innovative organisation, my client consults to some of the World?s largest and most successful organsiations, as well as to the public and third sectors. Their service lines include Talent Assessment and Development, Executive Coaching, Staff Engagement, and Career Transition / Executive Career Reviews / Outplacement.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Business development and bid management
• Maintenance of core business infrastructure
• Supplier and partner liaison
• Partner liaison
• Associate Acquisition, Engagement and Development
• KPI management and measurement
• IP / Collateral owner
• Operational and solutions management
• Performance management of direct reports

Desired Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable business development track record
• Demonstrable track record in the Human Capital arena
• Demonstrable people management track record
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter orientated to developing a career within the organisation, with potential to succeed the CEO
